Opening Procedures
As per government regulations, Wellington is at Orange and for Paw Palace, this means:
We remain open to all our customers and continue to ask you to please:

book in advance to allow for sufficient staff - dog ratio

be vigilant, practical and cautious in your decision to wear a face covering when you are at our kennels

follow these precautions when dropping off & picking up your dogs, to ensure the health and wellbeing of us all
We also ask that any dogs from households with COVID-19 symptoms remain at home.

Contactless Drop Off:

Please use the handsanitiser upon arrival

Scan or fill in the written Customer Log with your and your dog's details

Ring the bell next to the office door and wait for staff’s instructions

Open the black gate in front of the main building and place your dog in this area with a lead, and close the gate

Please stand behind the 2m mark

Our staff will collect your dog
-
You can communicate with the staff from behind the 2m mark or kitchen window
Contactless Pick Up:

Ring the doorbell next to the office and wait for our staff at the back of the gated area
-
Staff will retrieve your dog and will let them in the gated area with its lead

Please hold on to your dog with the lead before exiting the gated area

All customers will be sent an invoice via email
At all times, please keep your distance from other customers and our team members when you arrive to drop off/pick up your dog.
